集める・育てる・任せる。

  1. Reach集める
  2. Develop育てる
  3. Automate任せる

You run ads. You just can’t tell what worked.

  • Your agency reports clicks and CTR. Whether anyone actually read the landing page stays invisible.
  • You get a handful of new ads a month. The budget runs out before you can compare which message worked.
  • People who signed up but skipped the seminar are simply left behind.

The three letters are the order of the work.

集める
ReachAvailable

AI runs ad production and testing, end to end.

  • It reads the copy from your current ads and regenerates only the background with AI. Text is set by code, so Japanese type never breaks.
  • Pick one element to compare and it builds an A/B pair that differs in exactly that element.
  • An AI reviewer checks every creative and fixes inconsistent spellings of course names and other proper nouns.
  • Ads go into Meta as drafts. A person decides when they go live.
  • Landing pages are generated only from real facts about your course, then tracked with heatmaps and GA4.
  • Results are collected every morning, and what worked feeds the next round of creative.
育てる
DevelopAvailable, expanding

Turn sign-ups into enrolled students.

  • See sign-ups, seminar attendance and closed deals as one continuous flow.
  • For one course, seminar attendance was 55.7%. Following up with the no-shows is the cheapest improvement available.
  • AI drafts and reviews your LINE and email messages. A person presses send.
任せる
AutomateIn development

Hand course and service operations to AI.

  • Ad operations already run on their own: morning data collection, reporting, and A/B test judging.
  • Next, this extends to routine work such as running courses and handling student requests.

Make, publish, measure, learn. Every day.

  1. Make

Ads and landing pages are generated from your course facts and past results, always as an A/B pair.

  2. Publish

Drafts go into Meta within your budget caps and go live after a person signs off.

  3. Measure

Ad, landing page, sign-up and seminar numbers are collected every morning into one view.

  4. Learn

Winners are judged statistically, and what worked is handed back to Make.

Questions

How is this different from an ad agency?

We measure differently. Instead of clicks, we judge by cost per person who read the landing page and by how many reached the application page. AI handles production through testing, so far more ideas get tried.

Who controls the ad account and budget?

Ads run from your own Meta ad account. AI only prepares drafts; going live and budget changes happen after a person reviews them.

Can we keep the messaging tools we already use?

Yes for LINE and email running on UTAGE. If you use something else, tell us and we will look at it.

Who is this for?

Professional firms and course businesses that turn free seminars into paid programs or advisory contracts.

How does onboarding work?

You share your course details and brand assets such as logos and photos, and we set up a dedicated environment for you. We start by looking at your current ad numbers together.
